### Nube de Puntos 3D

Raw point cloud in E57 universal format and RCP Recap, compatible with Revit and AutoCAD. Ideal for studios that model internally. Delivery: 1-2 business days. Does not include 2D or 3D drawings.

### Planos 2D Estado Actual

Point cloud service plus measured floor plans with room surfaces, sections and facade elevations. Delivery in editable DXF/DWG plus PDF. Includes 1 floor plan, 1 section and 1 facade elevation. Delivery: 2-3 business days.

### Modelo 3D Revit

Premium service: point cloud plus 3D Revit model with measured elements, areas and volumes. Delivery in RVT/IFC plus DXF/DWG and PDF. Includes 1 floor plan. Delivery: 3-5 business days.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### What does a DATUM survey include?

DATUM scans the complete property with Leica BLK2GO. Every service includes a point cloud in E57 and RCP. Depending on the selected service, the delivery also includes 2D drawings in DXF/DWG and PDF or a 3D Revit model.

### How long does delivery take?

Point clouds are delivered in 1-2 business days, 2D plans in 2-3 business days, and complete 3D models in 3-5 business days.

### Does the client need to be present?

The client does not need to remain during the survey, but someone must provide access to the property and be available for occasional questions.

### Which file formats does DATUM deliver?

Point clouds are delivered in E57 and RCP; plans in editable DXF/DWG and PDF; and 3D models in RVT/IFC plus DXF/DWG and PDF, according to the contracted service.

### Does DATUM work outside Madrid city?

Yes, through a custom quote. Send the address, approximate area, and required service to info@medicionesdatum.es.

### What scanning accuracy does DATUM provide?

Leica BLK2GO provides an approximate indoor accuracy of ±10 mm, suitable for existing-condition documentation, projects, permits, and renovations.

## Booking Rules

- Reservations require at least 24 hours of advance notice.
- Same-day automatic reservations are not available.
- Date changes or cancellations can be requested up to 48 hours before the appointment.
- After that period, the user must contact DATUM directly.
- Payments are handled through Square.
- The reservation is confirmed after the deposit payment is completed and processed.
